Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between You and CRAWLCORE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, UG 27 Shakuntala Complex, Aurangabad, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281006, India (“the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). They govern Your access to and use of the SpinZuno website at spinzuno.cloud and the free-to-play SpinZuno games it links to, such as SpinZuno Poker (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By using the Service You confirm that You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

“Website” means https://spinzuno.cloud. “Games” means the free-to-play SpinZuno games linked from the Website, such as SpinZuno Poker, and any further games We add over time. “Service” means the Website and the Games. “Device” means any computer, phone or tablet You use to access the Service. “Virtual Chips” means the in-game chips, coins, points and similar items used in any Game. “You” means the individual using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses it. Other capitalised terms, such as “Personal Data”, have the meanings given in Our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in Your country if higher, to use the Service.
• You must be legally permitted to use the Service where You are located. You are responsible for checking and complying with the laws that apply to You.
• Each Game asks You to confirm Your age and remembers Your confirmation on Your Device. We may ask You to confirm it again, and We may suspend or block access if We have reason to believe You are under 18 or are not eligible to use the Service.

3. About the Service

SpinZuno is a growing collection of free-to-play entertainment Games in the style of a casino, launched in phases: SpinZuno Poker first, with slot machines, casino table games, scratch-and-win, blackjack, bingo, roulette and multiplayer card games planned to follow. Each Game is a “social casino” game: it is played with Virtual Chips, it does not let You place bets or stakes of real money, and it does not pay out money or prizes. None of them is a gambling service.

In SpinZuno Poker, hands are dealt and resolved on Your Device against computer-controlled opponents, using standard Texas Hold’em rules; outcomes depend on the cards dealt and on the choices made during play, not on any payment. Each Game’s own rules screen explains how it works. Nothing about how You do in a Game guarantees, predicts or implies success at real-money gambling.

The Website provides information about the Games, this policy and these Terms, and links to each Game.

4. No account; Your progress

• You do not need to register to use the Service, and We do not ask for Your name, phone number or other personal details to play.
• Your Virtual Chips, settings and other progress in a Game are saved only in Your browser on Your Device. We do not hold a copy and cannot restore it if it is lost, for example because You clear Your browser data, switch browser or Device, or use private browsing.
• You may reset Your progress in any Game at any time from that Game’s settings.

5. Virtual chips

• Virtual Chips are provided for entertainment only. They have no cash or real-world value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services.
• Virtual Chips do not give You a right, or a chance, to win any money or prize of monetary value.
• Free Virtual Chips are given when You start a Game, and We may top up Your balance or change these amounts or features at any time.
• The Service does not currently offer purchases of Virtual Chips or anything else. If We ever add purchases, We will update these Terms and Our Privacy Policy first, show prices before You buy, and process payments through a recognised payment provider or app store. Any such items would remain for entertainment only.
• Every Game is visually and functionally distinct from any real-money gambling product, and We do not operate any real-money gambling product under the SpinZuno or SpinZuno name.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service if You are under 18, or use it for any unlawful purpose;
• use the Service to organise, promote, advertise or take part in real-money gambling, betting or wagering, or to direct any person to a gambling site, application or registration page;
• sell, buy or trade Virtual Chips, or any account or progress in a Game, for money or anything of value;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service, except as the law allows;
• tamper with a Game’s stored data or code to alter its outcomes, use bots or scripts to play on Your behalf, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks, or try to gain unauthorised access to them;
• use scrapers or other automated means to access the Service other than to play a Game as intended, or use it to send spam or malicious code; or
• impersonate any person, or misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or organisation.

7. Links and third-party services

The Website links to Our Games and to Our own policy pages. The Service does not include third-party advertising or analytics. If the Service ever links to a website or service that We do not own or control, We are not responsible for its content or practices, and You use it at Your own risk. We do not link to real-money gambling sites.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, artwork, logos and trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, We grant You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Games in Your browser for Your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. SpinZuno is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google LLC or any other platform operator.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data We handle and how We use, share, retain and protect it. The Company is the Data Fiduciary. By using the Service You acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and suspension

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We do not promise that the Service, or any particular Game, will always be available, and We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
• We may block or suspend Your access, with or without notice, if You breach these Terms, if We reasonably suspect You are under 18 or are using the Service unlawfully, or if We are required to by law, a regulator or a platform.
• If Your access ends, Your licence to use the Service ends and Your Virtual Chips have no further value. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right You have under law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, partners, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to Your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including the loss of Virtual Chips or progress. Because the Service is free, where liability cannot be excluded Our total liability to You for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your breach of these Terms, Your misuse of the Service, or Your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Responsible use

Please use the Service responsibly. If You feel that gambling of any kind is affecting You or someone You know, please seek help from a qualified support organisation in Your country. Free helplines in India and tips for healthy play are listed on Our Responsible Gaming and Help page.

15. Legal compliance

We offer the Service only where doing so is lawful. We may restrict or withdraw the Service, or any Game or feature, in any country or region to comply with applicable law, court orders, regulatory requirements or platform policies. You must not use the Service where it is prohibited.

16. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including adding new Games or changing existing ones. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date, and where the law requires We will give You additional notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means You accept the updated Terms. If You do not agree, stop using the Service.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights You may have, the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before starting formal proceedings, You agree to first contact Us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

18. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between You and Us about the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without Our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale of assets or reorganisation.
• Electronic form. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.
